JD Pollard began singing professionally in 1966 (at the age of 15) in Huntsville, Alabama.
In 1968, he moved to Michigan where he began working with various bands as warm-up for many Motown bands of Detroit. He went on to front for Hank Williams, Jr, Eddie Rabbit, Stella Parton, Cal Smith and others. He has entertained in clubs and venues all around the country. Singing and performing before supportive fans has been the love of his life. He is truly grateful to God for the ability to pursue his love.
