LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS:
Stage Lighting: Medium stage lighting on entire stage area (white & colors –avoiding green whenever possible)
Spotlights: One (1) follow spotlight for lead, to spot and follow lead and five (5) stationary spots for Bassist, Keyboardist & Drummer, Vocalist & Sax*
*Alternative for small venues: five (5) stationary hot spots for the four musicians (minimum of 1 hot spot at center stage required)
FRONT-OF-HOUSE:
PURCHASER shall provide a stereo LINE ARRAY (V-DOSC, VERTEC, EAW, EV) house sound system capable of producing 110-116 dB of clear, un-distorted sound level within the frequency range of 40Hz - 15kHz throughout the entire audience area. There must be front fill as the band are on ears and there are no amps on stage. The house drive system including crossovers, 1/3 octave equalizers and system limiters must be accessible at the front-of-house mix position. A quality two-way head-set communications system shall be provided between the on-stage monitor mix position and the front-of-house mixing position. REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY TICKETS ARE SOLD, THE SOUND SYSTEM MUST BE LARGE ENOUGH TO COVER THE ENTIRE VENUE INCLUDING FRONTFILL.
