Our full service beverage catering is custom tailored to your budget and palate. Let us know what your favorite drink you have ever had is or let us give you some options. Our flagship cocktail is the margarita made in a variety of ways. Some like the jalapeno watermelon while others prefer the classic or blackberry. We believe that simple is better.
We provide teams of bartenders, waiters, kitchen staff to facilitate either drop off catering, Food truck and non-full service caterers. From setup to tear down and everything in between.

Working with Jennifer was a great experience and I would highly recommend JM Event Planning for your next event. We booked them for a corporate office party and had two bartenders for 100 guests.
They provided COI documents adhering to our building requirements.
Ken brought freshly squeezed lime juice, a ton of glassware, and all the garnishments our customs drink menu called for. Ken and the team arrived on time and were very polite and professional. The party was a huge success thanks to them and I look forward to working with them at our next event.

If you want them to call you back about your event on the day of the event, then go with them. I tried to get ahold of Jennifer for over a week with no response. It was impossible to get ahold of them and it felt like I was ghosted.

JM Event Planning is so easy to work with and really improved our event! Jennifer is so quick and clear in her communication, and makes herself readily available to answer quesitons. Ken was our bartender and all of our guests loved him and had wonderful things to say. He arrived an hour before our event started and fully setup the bar and was self sufficient the entire evening keeping an eye on water, alcohol, ice etc. At the end of the evening he helped clean up the bar and made sure no trash was left behind. I engaged two bartenders from JM for a holiday/birthday party for 125. Jennifer and her team of two bartenders, Lano and Ken, really came through, and then some. The bartenders had the bar prepared and ready ahead of time, and Jennifer worked with me to provide speciality syrups and cocktails for the occasion. The professionalism of the two bartenders made it possible for my spouse and I to leave the execution to them completely. They were even great about getting some ice and other supplies Instacarted mid-event, which I really appreciated. I look forward to engaging their services and staff again soon!

I asked several times for the bar tender to come in bright clothing and a big hat, which was confirmed by Jennifer several times. Unfortunately she came in drab colors and a drab hat. This was disappointing as the event was a Kentucky Derby / Cinco De Mayo theme. She did agree to wear I hat I loaned her in the end. I would have preferred professional attire, like black pants and a white shirt, if not dressing as asked in the theme.

We are surprised to see the review as when I was leaving you seemed very happy with the service and said that you would see me next year for the event.
I acknowledge that the drinks were strong, however the drinks that you chose, when properly made, are mostly alcohol. If you were after lighter drinks I would have been happy to suggest other options or modify the recipes to make them closer to your expectations.
As far as my outfit is concerned I was wearing a Neon pink skirt and a hat that was wide brimmed. I am dissapointed to hear that you were not happy with my outfit choice. It seems that you were looking for me to come in a costume. Which we could have arranged for. In the future we will absolutely ask for some example photos of outfits when there is a special request that falls outside of our standard professional uniform.

We hired a bartender to serve drinks to the adults at my daughter's 2nd birthday. Prior to the event I spoke with Jennifer and she explained what to expect the day of. On the day of the birthday our bartender arrived early to set up and got right to work. He prepared the bar area, cut all the garnishes, and helped clean and tidy cups, plates, etc. throughout the event. During the party he remembered my favorite drink and had it ready for me when I went to the bar area. When it came time to cut the cake he assisted in slicing and serving. I was extremely happy with his service and will definitley call Jennifer's team in the future!

Waiter was late. I texted the agency, but didn't get a response. He arrived about 30 minutes after scheduled time. This was hugely inconvenient. Guests were already arriving prior to the waiter's arrival. So my husband and I had to orient the waiter while greeting guests. I would see him looking at his cell phone during the evening and saw him drinking the eggnog. I was told a "Ken" would be my waiter, but then someone by a different name arrived. Other than that, he was "ok" during the evening and responsive to our requests for specific things to do. However, I would not use this agency again.

We were fortunate to find Jennifer Miranda events on Gigsalad for our firm's holiday party. Ken came and set up and ran the bar for us. He added such a fun and classy element to our evening. The specialty drinks were amazing. Loved the Lavender Lemon Drop martini! Ken went the extra mile all evening. Had a wonderful experience with Ken the bartender. We had a small, low key birthday party for my boyfriends 29th birthday at an Airbnb in La Quinta. There were 11 people in attendance. Ken served us tiki drinks by the pool for 3 hours. He got to the house an hour early to prep and set up. We provided him with a list of drinks that we wanted served. The drinks turned out great. Ken was super nice, easy going and professional! I would recommend him for your event needs. Also this was my first time using the site gig salad. Thanks to the wonderful service provided by Night & Day Productions team - our rehearsal dinner/Welcome party was an enjoyable, stress free event. Hired Day & Night to handle a post funeral reception/ dinner in the parish hall of a church. The food came from a local restaurant. I met with the lead waiter for 10 minutes, gave her the written instructions and went back to grieving the death of my husband. They handled set-up, serving, assisting elderly guests and clean up. NO SHOW - Booked them for a Party, the week of the party I called them several times with no return calls. Finally 6 days after the party they emailed that they were sorry.

Our backyard wedding was August 22nd, in Salinas. We hired NPD staff- 2 bartenders, 6 waiters, 1 scullery. We are reaching out to express grave concern and upset with our experience.
Our engagement was 1 year and 2 months. I reached out to Night & Day staff through their website 3 times within the months of September 2014, November 2014 & January 2015. There was no response. My fiance at the time finally reached contact in February 2015 and scheduled a time with Erin Alvarez who was utmost helpful!
We finally began a running invoice and deposit was received.
On the 21st of April, I received an email from the website regarding if we still needed services. This was AFTER our invoice and deposit was received. We had to then confirm back that we had a standing order. Jennifer Miranda confirmed this and was also very helpful.
One month before we made our final additions and subtractions and the stamp that was on our final invoice was for 2 months after the wedding date.
Issues:
-The head staff woman, Laura, was beyond rude and unfriendly. She was unprofessional in the way she spoke to the family and short in responses. For example, we confirmed that she was supposed to take the trash at the end of the evening and she responded very rudely with, "unfortunately, yes". Very rude and showed poor behavior when trying to figure out how to take the trash when she saw the invoice that stated we paid for it. She made snarky comments and made folks feel uncomfortable.
-I was informed in the beginning of the evening that NPD did not bring ANY ice. Not only did we pay for the ice in the dry bar, we have copies of communication with Jennifer Miranda on July 14th at 8:40am that she added 100 extra pounds of ice to fill the tubs and accommodate beverage stations.
-The mason jars were the only jars that were supposed to be washed with a cleaning agent. I bought a bottle of soap, 5 towels and 4 large sponges for the scullery. I had a post-it on the box where the jars were to be placed back after a wash. After coming back the next day, we found 26 of the 130 that hadn't even been touched and were deep at the bottom of the last bin.
-At the end of the evening, there were all 6 waiters and both bartenders standing behind the bar looking bored when there was much clean up to be done. It states in our final invoice that the scullery was in charge of organizing the rentals. This was not fully done.
-At the end of the evening, there was supposed to be trash removal. Once again, NPD staff stated they did not have to do this. I had the invoice that stated we paid for it. The next day my husband and I took 7 bags of trash to the dump which was 40 minutes from the site. We have pictures of some of the bags sitting in the driveway. We expected a FULL refund of the $200 as we paid for the trash removal that wasn't fully removed.
We never received a refund.
We want to make sure it is known that the staff, not including the head staff woman Laura, handled themselves very well. They were kind and well behaved.
I wouldn't recommend this company as there was just too many bumps and who needs that when planning a large event?

We hired 2 servers from Night&Day for a small summer afternoon party at home. They were very professional, they were there early enough to get instructions, set-up the food and drinks and performed a great job. We barely had to get involved as they worked together to keep the food and drinks going throughout the entire party. By the time the last guest had left, everything had been cleaned up and we had time to just sit down and talk about the party. I recommend Night & Day and would gladly hire them again for any event.

The two bartenders we hired for our wedding were amazing. They were professional and kept the party running smoothly. They also were warm and welcoming to all of our guests. We could not have asked for two better bartenders. On top of that, we misjudged the amount of beverages that would be consumed. Our bartenders were more than willing to run to the closest store to replenish the bar. My husband handed a stack of cash to the bartenders and they made it work! In a time of panic, they both came through and made everything seamless. I would recommend Night & Day Productions to anybody, and when I need this type of service again, I will go to them to help with this.

I had a private party and needed a last minute server. I spoke to Tiffany and had no problem booking at all, which was nice. The ONLY good thing about this company (as far as I was concerned). Not only was the rate of a server completely outrageous ($150 for 4 hours!), the server that worked for me was just awful. He had mentioned it was his 3rd time working for the company but it seemed to me he had absolutely no training and had never served in his life. I had to tell him how to do his job! He asked me way too many questions and was slowing me down tremendously (I was cooking). He stood around so much, it was as if I hired a teenager to serve a 32 person party! When, for the price I paid, he should have never had the chance to be standing around. I had to tell him to do dishes as they were piling up and overflowing over the sink. I had to tell him to check on the guests and clean plates off the table. The thing that just put me over the edge was when he gave a halibut dish to a guest that had requested a meat dish. He didn't even ask me before he did it! ( I had allotted the perfect amount of dishes for each guest.) Thank GOD, the guy that had requested Halibut was Okay with getting meat! It was just despicable. I will never hire anyone from this company. I was so disappointed. SO disappointed.

They set up the house, picked up prepared food, set up the bar, served throughout the event and cleaned up afterword. The waiters were hard working, personable and friendly. I recently contacted Night and Day Productions to hire staff for my upcoming wedding. I was very excited on how fast i got a response from them in the beginning, I got and email from Jessica saying she wanted to call me to find out more details about my wedding i gave her my availability and she told me she was going to call me that evening needless to say i never received a phone call. And after reading more reviews i found out this is not an un unusual experience. Due to their lack of professionalism I will be hiring a different company for my wedding.

My first party and first experience with wait staff and she was wonderfulI. Hired a lady named Trully for my sons first birthday party. In a hall but at least 60 people showed up. She was really nice and everyone said how helpful she was and very polite. Not only was she a wonderful help to me she took a big load of my back that gave me a better chance to be a host to my guest. She didn't only speak fluent english she spoke Spanish as well BIg Plus.. Paul was our Server for the evening and he smiled throughout the set up and evening all the while taking :-) orders from at least 3 women. We would like to explain this review to our clients, on the day of this client's wedding our busser was involved in a car accident and he was unable to call us and let us know that he would not be able to make it to the event. By the time the bride called to let us know that the busser was not at her event it was too late. We made a desperate attempt to get someone to the event to replace him but it was just too short of notice.
We did refund the client promptly however the address she gave us she did not actually receive mail at, So needless to say she did not receive the check. When she called us to let us know that she had not received the refund we immediately sent a reimbursement via paypal.
I was very impressed by Jennifer Bingham and Night and Day Productions. The staff was punctual, helpful, friendly, and energetic. Even at the end of a long night, everyone remained cheery and eager to help. The staff arrived professional dressed and presented themselves well for the entirety of the event. I know the bride and groom were satisfied with the service they received and I, as a wedding coordinator, would be happy to recommend Night and Day Productions to future clients.

We hired 2 bartenders and 4 waiters. Not everyone turned up on time, some where considerably late, and then had to change into work gear. The bartenders were professional and polite, and the waiteress' were fine but not as friendly as I would have liked. And the staff did not come with silver platters as promised.

I began my career in the Hospitality industry at the age of fifteen. Working with my parents casino night company dealing blackjack and setting up casino tables. As my friends started to get jobs working for minimum wage I quickly realized that having a boss was never going to be for me.
After graduating high school I took on a more administrative role at my parents company and was quickly the general manager running the entire operation.
Over time I began to want to explore other areas of the event industry. Bartending and Food service was of particular interest. I loved hosting events and cooking. I took on my first bartending gig with very little experience and realized I needed to educate myself to provide a better service for my customers. I began studying cocktails and hosting dinner parties to increase my skills.
Soon catering companies were contacting me to work at there events and provide small teams. The small teams grew into a full on staffing company of 800 Employees that included Chefs, Bartenders, Waiters, Banquet Captains, and other various hospitality staff.
In early 2019 I realized that I had lost myself to administration work and was no longer in the field doing what I loved the most. Providing unique dining experiences for guests, being onsite and coordinating the logistics of those caterings.
After a little soul searching I made the painful decision to close my first company which was a fifteen year labor of love and start over.
The new company, JM Event Planning & Production pulled key staff members from our previous company and the goal is boutique service. A hands on approach with each and every customer. Some might say it is a step backward to take myself from the position of CEO to a million dollar a year company to back in the field setting tables, carrying racks of dishes, and sweeping the floors at the end of the night. I disagree.
I am so excited to be back at weddings working with my team to make the magic happen. At the end of every event I feel fulfilled knowing that I was a part of someone's special day and able to make it everything they dreamed of.
