Jennifer Rusz is an award-winning serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of success in business. Rusz began her career in corporate and worked her way up to becoming an executive in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Then she gave it all up and started on her own. Rusz has made a name for herself by helping to start over 1400 businesses around the world, she has had the opportunity to speak at events such as CES and even keynotes at Retailvision. Jennifer Rusz also has a popular syndicated radio show and has been a guest on a number of shows including Bloomberg, Fox, CNN, NPR, and CBS. She is a published author and built her current multi-million dollar business while battling cancer.

Jennifer Rusz began her career in the mid-'90s starting her career as a Senior Analyst and working her way up to the Vice President of Marketing for a large scale corporation. Her career began at Mid America Research/ FIF where she was the head of primary research for the tristate area. In 1999 she took a position with the Wireless Network Group of Lucent Technologies. While at Lucent Technologies she worked globally with all Wireless Carriers, Network Providers, Application and Technology Designers. The in 2001 she moved to California and began work with Kyocera Wireless Corp after their purchase of Qualcomm's handset division. At Kyocera Wireless, Rusz became the Senior Market Analyst. After Kyocera WIreless, she took a position with ARS/Current Analysis as the head of the Channel Division for Retail and Ecommerce Technology, and her final position within corporate was with Websense Software Security Corp. While at Websense Software Security Company she became the Vice President of Marketing. After 14 years of rising through the corporate ladder, Rusz took early retirement and in partnership with a friend started her first company, a human resource software company, where she was instrumental in the acquisition of an SBA loan, Angel funding, Series A and Series B funding. In addition, she helped to grow the company to 150 employees and successfully sold the company to its biggest competitor. After this, Rusz began her career as a consultant. In 2014, she opened Sterling Rose Consulting Corp, a full-service award-winning business, marketing, management, and technology consulting firm. While at Sterling Rose Consulting Corp, Rusz has had the pleasure of working with clients such as Subway franchisees, Comfort Inns, Quality Inns, Best Western, Taco Mac, Nola PoBoys, Tradewinds Coffee Shops, Eddie's BBQ, Daddy O'Briens, Juke and Jive, Sweet Joy, Danny Joe's Cafe and over 1400 other great small to large businesses. Rusz and Sterling Rose Consulting Corp have been recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the Top Small Businesses in the United States, by Atlanta Business Chronicle as a Top PaceSetter of the Year, and over the past 6 years have been a 4-time Pinnacle Award winner and 3-time Impact Award Winner. In 2016, Jennifer Rusz was also inducted as a member of the Forbes Finance Council and has had the honor of being spotlighted on Wealth Matters, Business RadioX, Good Morning Gwinnett, Channel 46 News, Small Business Samaritans Radio and Strategic Insights Radio.
