Overview
I offer Professional Balloon Twisting & Face Painting to all ages. I use my artistic talent to make other people happy with lasting smiles & memories. I dress in character according to the event whether it be formal or Renaissance or somewhere in between. Events, Festivals, Birthdays, Weddings, Churches, Reunions, Holidays. We have 6 ft Banquet Tables, 60" Round Tables, & White Folding Chairs for Rent as well. Additionally we offer Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Grinch, and Spiderman.

We had Jens Bay Balloons for the 1st time ever this year for our annual trunk or treat and she did an AMAZING job! The kids loved her and were so excited! She is extremely talented and we recommend her to anyone looking for a great balloon artist!

Jen was so great. We invited her to our fall festival at our nursing home. She made so many balloons and didn’t stop the entire time she was there. She was the highlight of the event. We will definitely be using her again.

Jen’s Bay Balloons exceeded our wildest expectations!!! She was an INCREDIBLE balloon twister and an AMAZING entertainer!!!
For our event, we requested Jen to dress in a gorilla costume while twisting elaborate balloon creations for three full hours. Not only did she stay in character the entire time, Jen twisted up the wildest headdresses, sculptures, and swords we had ever seen!!! Our guests were absolutely blown away!!!!
