I run a large business networking group in Los Angeles. Since we have been in a lock down due to COVID we couldn't have an in person event. BUT we really wanted to put on a spectacular event for the group. That is where Jeremy Weinglass came in. Jeremy was hired to be our live performance musician but it turned out he really helped run the whole show. He's such a professional , the way he carries the show and steps in when needed, and engages with the audience.

The best part of Jeremy is his musical talent . He is one of the most amazing Pianist I've ever heard. He can play requests by looking them up and playing new songs on the spot. It is simply and amazing talent.

Recently, Jeremy was the glue that held together an hour and a half Zoom session in which I participated....he was a master blending the music into the verbal presentations...he definitely enhanced the session.

Jeremy and his music make any event, especially virtual, sparkle! I have worked with Jeremy on several virtual events since the pandemic began, and he has made the virtual space warm, inviting, and immersive. He is incredibly versed in so many genres of music- working with him is so easy! Not only does he bring his mastery of music with him, but he is a fantastic team player and contributor, always happy to add something that takes our events to the next level. He can flawlessly improvise, his timing is spot on, and his set-up looks like an intimate lounge that makes it feel like you're there live. I'm also very impressed by Jeremy's gift of finding moving video clips that he accompanies with piano. His skill at merging these mediums in the virtual space is a real treat. Jeremy performed at Malibu Rotary’s 50 Anniversary event on ZOOM. He accompanied the emcee as well as with 15 guests. He played beautiful music before the event, during each speaker introduction and he them to their times. He arranged a rehearsal meeting with me to keep the program going smoothly, which I truly appreciated. He will be invited to perform at any and all Rotary events as well as parties any at my home. He is REALLY the Best.

We asked Jeremy to take on the task of learning 9 unique songs off his catalogue, as they all were so important in telling our story, and he took on the challenge of doing so for a nominal fee. I threw an intimate 80th birthday party for my mother-in-law held in a private room in a restaurant and hired Jeremy to 1) accompany my nephew and friend perform a mini-set of songs, 2) play ambiance as guests arrived and mingled, 3) play songs/show tunes from his impressive repertoire for guests to sing along with at the end of the evening. Jeremy was the perfect hire. Communicating with his wife, Kim, who was always available with information and could hammer out all the details with me in advance, from first email I felt confident that what I needed for the night was going to happen (which is a big deal to me when I'm planning an event with many other things to handle). Jeremy showed up early as requested to rehearse with the singers, he played just beautifully as guests arrived (the theatre pros in the room commented on his skills), he was extraordinary as backup to my nephew and friend, they were very comfortable on stage with him, and was the perfect accompanist to the lively group at the end of the evening who wanted to sing around the piano. Kim, who I invited to the event, also came up with the idea to upload the lyrics of the songs to a flat screen in the room for the singing crowd to follow, which she did, and they followed and it was a lot of fun (like crowd karaoke). I will absolutely hire Jeremy (and Kim) for all of my future piano playing gigs.

Jeremy is a phenomenal piano player. He played piano during cocktail hours for my 50th birthday party. Jeremy and his wife Kim were pleasure to work with. We received so many compliments from our friends and families on his performance. I highly recommend him if you need a pianist on your event.

Jeremy played at our company Christmas party and we had an absolute blast. He had Christmas music greeting us when we walked in and then offered a set list of songs he could play and we could sing along to. We kicked it off with Bohemian Rhapsody and had a ton of fun from there. Jeremy was very accommodating and a wonderful pianist. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We hired Jeremy to play my grandmother’s Bechstien baby grand piano for my parents’ golden anniversary. He lent a magical ambiance to the evening, and brought family members to tears with a piece by Beethoven, a personal favorite of our late uncle. Our guests were commenting throughout the evening about how much they we’re enjoying the music, and my father, an astute lover of music, remarked to me the next day how fantastically Jeremy played. Jeremy is a gifted musician, and I suggest hiring him to play for you soon before he simply becomes unavailable due to competing bookings or his next big break!

We hired Jeremy for both our wedding ceremony and reception. For the ceremony, it was a Catholic wedding ceremony with traditional hymns and psalm. He worked well with my brother (who was the cantor for our ceremony). My brother was coming from out of town the day before, so he and Jeremy had a Skype meeting/rehearsal to prepare ahead of time. They did a great job together.

For the reception (which was a small brunch reception of 40 people), Jeremy played around 3 hours of love songs, standards and classical music as per our request. He only took a short break for a meal, then kept on playing. He added great atmosphere to the reception and people enjoyed the music.

All our specific music requests he prepared expertly for both the ceremony and reception. He's a fine musician, a pleasure to listen to.

Jeremy is absolutely the finest choice for a pianist for parties in Los Angeles. Not only does he play beautiful music, but he is very experienced with parties like mine. He knows all the songs we requested, knows when to stop, start, increase volume or speed up, or slow down. Jeremy has the experience, tact, and ability to work with anything that comes up. Plus, he is extremely friendly and flexible. Only if Jeremy wasn't available would I recommend anyone else - he really is the best choice for a party. From start to finish it was a real effortless experience. Top notch!

I have know Jeremy and Kim for a few years so their professionalism, punctuality and communication about the event were no surprise. Kim was great about checking in with me for details so I could focus on all the other aspects of the party. All our favorites were on Jeremy’s play list and of course he included some fantastic musical surprises! What I didn't expect was our caterer and neighbors to be so impressed and moved! The caterer immediately hired Jeremy for a future event she was planning and our neighbors when asked if the music was too loud told us they opened all the doors and windows so they could hear it better!! That’s the kind of magic that Jeremy brings to the evening. We have decided to repeat this party every year because it was so special. Having Jeremy play live made the party more fun, it heightened the evening for everyone.

Jeremy and his team were communicative and professional in the run up to our event, his fee was reasonable, he showed up on time and his talent and personality were a large part of the success of our party. He is a pleasure to work with.
