Thumpin' performed at our wedding on 6/5/2021, and they were definitely a highlight of the night! They took all our requests beforehand and were a huge hit with our guests (I'm still getting compliments weeks later). Jerry & Joy also provided acoustic ceremony music, which was very special. 10/10 for Thumpin!

We had Jerry and Joy perform at our wedding and I am so grateful they did! Not only did they sound amazing and loved by our guest but Jerry took charge and helped us move the reception along. Since we did not hire a DJ on top of having Jerry and Joy perform we needed someone who knew what they were doing to MC our wedding and Jerry was our man! Joy and Jerry were so sweet and fun! They had an amazing set list and were able to play many more songs. I suggest them to anyone, and have heard amazing things about their big band too!! Thanks you guys.

We scrambled to find a band and Jerry & Joy not only came through but were amazing! We had an event with nearly 500 people rotating through over the course of 3 hours. I had so many people raving about how fun and wonderful these two were. We definitely want them back next year!

Thank you Jerry & Joy for making our wedding magical! Our venue required an acoustic only set due to decibel requirements and we were worried that it would feel dull and would lack liveliness and that couldn't have been further from the case! They lit up the room and the dance floor was lively and energetic with family members having fun! They were easy to work with, friendly, and accommodating prior to the wedding and I never once felt I had to worry. Would use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone I know. They were incredible with the acoustic only setup, and I can only imagine how they would bring the house down if allowed a full set of instruments by the venue. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

For the second year, Jerry & Joy joined us for our Summer Thanksgiving event. A house party with around 40 people. Our friends and family Love them. They are incredibly professional, incredibly talented musicians and incredibly nice people. They entertained all. The best set list. People were dancing, laughing and clapping along. Jerry & Joy take our event to the next level every year. I can't imagine the event without them : )

Jerry & Joy were the absolute cherry on top to a small cocktail party I held for our homeowners. There were about 30 people, and the background music was perfect. Before I knew it the whole party was singing along, and the band didn't miss a beat. They latched on to some requests and made a lot of people really happy by playing those songs. I would highly recommend this duo for any event, as they are easy to work with, highly talented, and will make your event that much better. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Jerry and Joy helped us make our wedding ceremony so personal by playing our favorite songs by The Beatles as we walked down the aisle. They even brought a few guests to tears because it was so beautiful! We'll forever be grateful to them :)

Jerry and Joy played at our wedding this summer, and we have nothing but praise for them! We were at an acoustic only venue, and we were a little apprehensive about how much people would dance to an unplugged acoustic duo. Our concerns were proven to be misguided when Jerry and Joy started playing! People were having a great time dancing the entire night, and Jerry and Joy did a great job interacting with our guests and even taking requests for songs that aren’t conventionally played acoustically. Jerry and Joy also did a fantastic job playing the songs that we requested for our father/daughter and mother/son dances as well as modifying their set list based on our requests. Jerry and Joy were professional, easy to work with, on time, great with our guests, and most importantly, sounded fantastic! When we were planning our wedding, we felt like we were forced into having an unplugged band due to our venue’s stipulations. This requirement turned out to be a blessing when we chose Jerry and Joy to play at our wedding and their music really enhanced our wedding experience!

Not only are they amazingly talented, they are fun and total pros. They can do it all: pop, soul, funk, country, jazz, everything. Could not recommend them more!!

Jerry and Joy were wonderful to work with! They provided the cocktail hour entertainment for a wedding at Arapahoe Basin's mid-mountain venue, Black Mountain Lodge. The logistics of getting to the venue can be a challenge for some musicians, but Jerry and Joy handled it all in stride. And they're very talented. It was a pleasure to listened to them as I worked the event. The bride, groom and their guests were all very impressed by their powerful sound. I highly recommend them!

I've known these two for years and knew I had to have them perform at my wedding. They graciously learned a few new songs for the ceremony and made it so special. I received many compliments on my musician choice throughout the reception and couldn't have been happier!!!!

Jerry and Joy are the perfect mix. Their voices compliment each other and harmonies blend perfectly. Their repertoire is vast and standards are given unique twists. Both Jerry and Joy are accomplished musicians as well as good friends who speak the same musical language. I would highly recommend them!
