I have always dreamt of having a harpist play at my wedding. I was hesitant on getting one since wedding planning is expensive in general. But I believe that every penny was worth it, especially when you have an amazing and understanding harpist like Jessica. I have trouble putting my vision in words but Jessica knew exactly what I was wanting on my special day. Thank you again Jessica for making this experience one to remember forever, not for just me but for my guest as well.

Harp music is magical and Jessica helped make my event just that. Jessica was very professional, talented, polite, prompt, organized, personable, and played beautifully at my informal event last weekend for a non-profit foundation's gathering. A guest of mine had her cute 3 year old daughter with her, and Jessica played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star for her to sing-along at one point. She played a variety of material including popular, classical, Celtic, and more! She provided a contract, liability insurance, and song list to choose from before the event. Jessica was fantastic! She let me know ahead of time her needs for setting up so there was no issues on the day of and was willing to coach me on picking songs for the ceremony. She provided a very long list of songs to choose from as well. She even learned a new song for our ceremony that I really loved. Jessica plays extremely well and has a diverse repertoire of both contemporary and classics. She has an excellent stage presence and is keenly attuned to both the space and the mood of her listeners. We were extremely impressed by how well she controlled the atmosphere, and were blown away by how much more beautiful our favorite pieces sounded when she played them.

Talent and class. The music was just the perfect touch for our tiny, socially spaced wedding. Jessica is a beautiful woman and dresses so beautifully and appropriately. She did not add any work to the wedding, she took care of all of her own needs. She seamlessly added in a couple requests we gave to her.

Also, Ms. Schaeffer created a superlative rapport with our audience; and, she answered
all the questions from our group, about the special characteristics of her beautiful harp; and,
the similarities and differences between harps and pianos. She was pleasantly generous with
her time, staying beyond her "time commitment," to talk with our group members (and also,
willing to play additional songs beyond the completion of her time-allotment.)
