A Blues, Jazz, Rock, Funk, Fusion Trio
Available as musical entertainment for house parties, weddings, cocktail hours, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and festivals. Enjoyable music for all ages. Playing Multi-Genre covers and originals. From classy low-key Jazz Fusion instrumental sets to full-out dance party sets and everything in between. This trio can learn and perform pre-requested songs at your special event or stick to requested genres. They can provide sound and lights from tiny indoor to larger outdoor events.

The gentlemen showed up on time, set up and did a fantastic show. The members at the Yacht club enjoyed the show and I have gotten nothing but positive feed back from said members. I would have them back any time!

They were all super nice guys, showed up on time, learned all the songs we requested, and then played an absolutely amazing set! I can't fully express how much fun we had and what a great addition to our wedding they were. All our guests were raving about the band.

I have had the Jimi King Trio at Rock Harbor Grill in Apex several times. They know how to play for and please the crowd. Jimi brings you the Blues, Funk, Rock and gets the crowd off their feet. Jimi is very attentive and brings it every time. Love these guys. They "ROCK"

Whether swinging a Texas beat, soulfully playing Chicago blues, or stepping to a rhythmic New Orleans groove they deliver with musical authority. From rock, to soul, funk, and even Latin they have a little something for everyone.
This power trio from Central North Carolina owns a sound that is a culmination of the varied influences and experiences of the individual members. Consisting of only Guitar, Bass, Drums and Vocals, this talented three sounds more like a five piece. King interweaves the sounds and styles of many of the great blues giants. He rides the sonic waves of a very talented rhythm section adding his passionate guitar and vocals. Their performance is constantly trying to make the audience truly feel the music that really moves them.
