Groups more than 200 km from Saskatoon may be required to provide adequate accommodations to the performer at no charge to the performer.

Stage set up: minimum size 4’x 8’ with no equipment blocking the front of the stage performance area and no dance floor in-between the stage and the audience during performance. It is the purchasers responsibility to have adequate stage lights, sound system, and stage set-up.

In extenuating circumstances, such as sickness, fire, death, Acts of God, etc, the location may be changed by the purchaser and the performers may be substituted for comparable acts.

Security is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Performers retain the right to discontinue their performance in the case of violence, threats of violence and/or objects thrown in their direction. In such a case the purchaser shall be responsible for the full fee to the performers.
