Joey Nickel

Enjoy 30 to 90 minutes of hopefully inoffensive laughter (mostly at my expense). I am a husband, father of 3 boys, churchgoer, and homeowner. My material comes from everyday experiences that are relatable to many audiences.
I am also a skilled and experienced master of ceremonies as well as a trivia and game host and trained singer. All of these skills can be requested by the client if desired

Since his stand-up comedy debut at the 8th grade talent show, Joey Nickel has been addicted to making people laugh. In 2014 he quit his job at Apple and today relies solely on stand-up comedy and his wife's income to support his family of 5. In the wake of isolation and live comedy shows closing in 2020 he began his hugely successful web series "Comedy Super Friends" and continues to produce episodes if he feels like it. Currently he runs CSF live shows every first week of each month in the Jacksonville. He has been described as clean and hairy both in comedy style and appearance. You can catch him regularly at the Jacksonville Comedy Zone and Madcaps Comedy Club and other clubs, bars, breweries, and Mexican restaurants all around the nation.

At minimum a microphone and a speaker should be used at all bookings. If there is not one provided I can set up sound equipment for an additional fee
A stage and Lights are not required but preferred and can be provided for an additional fee
A stool is required but I can bring one at no additional charge if needed (its not that heavy)
The audience should be seated for the performance
I am a solo act but if a longer set time is requested I may bring another performer to open for me. Additional performers can be at the approval of the client
