Additional Booking Notes
• Microphone & Sound System – A wireless or handheld microphone with a reliable sound system is preferred for clear communication and audience engagement.
• Stage or Designated Speaking Area – A well-lit stage or central area is ideal for visibility and interaction. If the event is more casual, a designated space works fine.
• Event Schedule & Run of Show – To ensure seamless transitions and timing, I’ll need a basic rundown of the event’s schedule in advance.
• Lighting & AV Support (if applicable) – Proper stage lighting is recommended for larger venues or evening events. If there are special AV cues (slides, music, etc.), coordination beforehand is helpful.
• On-Site Contact – Having a designated event coordinator or point of contact ensures smooth communication and quick adjustments if needed.
