One thing I look for in a speaker more than speaking skills, or their knowledge of the topic, is their passion about the topic they are addressing. While John Evers is obviously a "professional" speaker, and very knowledgeable, even more importantly he delivers his message with passion, and is especially good with children.
John Evers, is a very detailed oriented speaker with accurate illustrations and very humorous. He equally uses a lot of practical examples so that all, irrespective of knowledge level can understand.
