I heard John and Jessie on a carnival cruise ship and it was the highlight of my trip. They can play almost any cover song and also have some great originals.
We heard this sweet young couple on the cruise ship Carnival Valor. They are both immensely talented and very likeable. We were blessed to get to know them a bit and wish them the best. They have a great career and future ahead of them. Best wishes- Steven and Karen.

From small town of Perryville, MO, where cornfields and cattle are nothing new to this Southeast Missouri boy, John David Meyer started playing drums at age 10 and proceeded to until the age of 18 when he dropped the sticks and picked up a guitar. From 2010 on, he made his way up the ladder, winning local and state talent contests and opening for numerous national acts such as Gloriana, James Otto and Chris Janson. In April of 2013, John made the move to Nashville and has been plugging away ever since, touring around the nation with differents acts and playing daily shows in bars on Broadway such as World Famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Rippy’s, Honkytonk Central, etc. “Staying busy was never a difficult task in a town like Nashville”, says John. In April of 2015, John met Jessie…
Jessie Sevier grew up in the small town of Hope, IN, where if you blink, you just might miss it. Like John, she too started playing drums at the age of 10. She played drums until the age of 14 and didnt pick up another instrument until 17 when she got her first guitar. From there, she went on to learn cover songs from bands such as Blind Melon, Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, etc. After learning a long list of cover songs, she decided she wanted to write songs of her own. Having a large variety of music at her fingertips, she had to take the next step; start a band. The band got a lot of recognition around the region opening for national acts such as Craig Campbell, Charlie Worsham, etc. But all of this wasn’t enough for this small town girl with rhinestone dreams. She decided to pick up and move to Nashville. She went on to play in bars such as the World Famous Tooties Orchid Lounge, Rippy’s and Honkytonk Central. In April of 2015, Jessie met John…
John and Jessie first met when they were both asked to do a show together at Tootsie’s that was never even scheduled to happen. From then on, they started hanging out, writing, and learning songs together. This led to their first show as a duo in Indiana. Now they play at the George Jones Museum, among other places in Nashvile, every day of the week and then travel and play shows across the nation on the weekends. “We become stronger and learn new stuff about each other every single day that really builds ourselves as a duo. We constantly strive to be the best we can and work hard to connect and give the fans what they want. Being on a stage is where we belong and both love to be and couldn’t ask for a better career”.
If you have your own PA, that's a plus. But we have our own full PA that we can bring to any venue, party, or wedding. So no worries there!
As a duo, we have many influences. Such as Jake Owen, Billy Currington, Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, Loretta Lynn, George Strait, Waylon Jennings, Bob Marley, Jewel, Fleetwood Mac, Styx, Foreigner, Journey, etc.
