I manage a health club in a residential building. One of our events is the annual holiday party for the residents. After what happened last year, I was determined to look elsewhere for our Santa Claus and came across GigSalad. Looking through the submissions, my instincts told me to go with Joseph Laine. I'm so glad I did, he was a perfect fit for our annual holiday party. Joseph arrived early, in costume, ready to go. He was charming, pleasant, in character, making a grand entrance, taking the time to greet everyone in the room. He sat down to give out little gift bags to all the children posing with them individually and with their families, asking each child what they wanted for Christmas. Seeing the looks on the faces of the children was priceless. You might think that all of this should be a given when you are hiring someone to play Santa Claus, but trust me it's not. The experience I had last year was proof. So I highly recommend Joseph Laine. He is someone who goes above and beyond.
Santa Jo was great for our holiday event. He was kind and sweet with all the children and the young at heart! He went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome, accepted last-minute gift requests and really brought the Christmas cheer. Would definitely recommend for your next event.

Santa was a lovely addition to our holiday festivities. Our colleagues loved to see him and posed for many photos with him. We also had Santa stand in our lobby for the guests and their kiddies to see, and they truly enjoyed the experience. Having Santa there made the holidays a little more festive and cheerful!
the event was a success, santa was magnificent, he just need to adjust he’s “ hohohoho and jingle bell “ script.. but over all he was nice with kids and the event was magical!

Convinced this Santa is the real deal. Very prompt, courteous, great with everyone he came in contact with. Even after he left our party, he stopped for pictures with people walking by on the way to his ride. He could not have done more to make our party great. Thanks Santa, can't wait to see you again next year!

For the past five years I have appeared at a variety of trade and conventions, fund raisers, escorted children on trolley rides, appeared at private and corporate events,as well as weddings. During the 2014 and 2015 season I also worked at a shopping malls. On Christmas eve and day, I perform home visits to deliver children gifts, read stories and sing along with the children. On December 26th, I visit Times Square in NYC for photographic opportunities
