Josh Cherry

Josh is an entertainer, and that is apparent from the moment he approaches the mic. Combining the classics of yesterday, twists on modern hits, live requests and witty commentary, every person in your audience is guaranteed to hear something the know, have some laughs, and maybe even shed a tear!

Born and raised in southwest Missouri, Josh’s sound exhumes his country roots. But at his core, he’s a performer, which compels him to include the biggest hits across all genres in his performances. Performing live from the age of four, Josh quickly fell in love with music and singing. By age 16, he had taught himself how to play guitar and, not long after, began performing solo shows.

His career began to grow at the University of Missouri, where while attending college he competed in the Mizzou Idol singing competition, bringing home the fan favorite award and a top five finish. From there, he began playing University sponsored events and dove in to the local music scene.

After completing college, Josh ramped up his performance schedule, and has entertained thousands of guests at over 50 live shows each year.

His love for music and his craft is apparent when you hear him take the stage. He has an innate ability to work a crowd. And he truly loves to entertain.

Josh and his wife Hillary, reside near Branson, Missouri with their newborn daughter.

My setup is a simple Bose L1 Pro8 tower requiring only one standard electrical outlet. I also provide lighting to increase stage presence. If you give me an outlet, I’ll bring the rest!
