In the time of COVID and social distancing - Josh amped up his game to do virtual shows and those also did not disappoint. I'd be lying if I didn't say I wondered if a mentalist show would translate over Zoom but it did and 30 minutes doesn't seem like nearly enough time - and kept our family and other Zoom attendees wishing for more! In the current mode of social distancing and general heaviness of life, this was a welcome distraction and NOT your regular Zoom meeting. I can't even say I'd like to see this show again, because I know with Josh no two shows are the same!

As an event planner for a group (300+ attendees) that can be a tough audience to entertain, I was in search of something different from the same old cover band–something that would be remembered and talked about. In my search I came across “I Am Josh, Mentalist”–and couldn’t be happier with my find and choice to engage him. Josh was professional to deal with, patient with unexpected schedule changes, and an exceptional value. His performance was appropriate for families with younger children and our extremely diverse demographic with attendees in age from their 20s to their 70s. He was entertaining to say the least, leaving attendees with jaw dropping questions about how he does what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him for any group and would encourage event planners to include the Mix and Mingle after show to give attendees even more to think and talk about!

CRAZY GOOD!!!! We absolutely loved Josh! My husband and I with our family threw a crawfish boil for our son for his senior graduation party with all of his senior class and dates! I was a skeptic from the very beginning. The performance was just too good to believe and I knew the upper leadership of my company had to be in on it. However, Josh when above and beyond to make some new believers. After the performance he stuck around for a couple hours going from table to table. Let me just tell you, this guy is the real deal. Josh performed at a private event at our home. We have had other GigSalad entertainers come to previous events, and Josh was by far the most enjoyable! Josh Fletcher is a dedicated husband and father, a performer, and an educator. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Jessica since 2007. They have two children, London and Atlas.
From his first magic performance in his grandparents’ kitchen at age 4, entertaining has always been an integral part of Josh's life. For years, he focused all his creative efforts on music, and by age 14, Josh was performing regularly in local music clubs and for private events around the Lexington area. For almost 20 years, he entertained as a local and touring musician, including performances across Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois. Josh also has an advanced degree in music education, and since 2007, has been a fulltime middle school choir director.
After the birth of his daughter, with less time for music, Josh found a new outlet for his creativity, mentalism. He quickly learned that mentalism was something he thoroughly enjoyed, was naturally good at, and could provide additional financial support for his growing family. With his unique skill set and experience as a performer, Josh set out to provide an experience different from what had been previously available to the Bluegrass Area. Since then, he has continued honing his skills, performing publicly and privately, for parties, weddings, fundraisers, and various corporate functions throughout the nation.
