Zero stars! The site makes you pick one star to submit, but it should be a zero. No accountability! He left me brokenhearted. Josh was one of the first vendors to respond. He agreed and confirmed to take video at my daughter's quinceanera. He communicated via text, by phone, and with the event coordinator. He took the half of the deposit prior to the date. He canceled services at 5:08 pm when he was scheduled and confirmed for 5pm.

His response at 5:08 pm:
"I apologize for the inconvenience - I will not be able to attend, sending back deposit now."

He did not answer the phone after that text.

He should not have committed!

I was deeply impacted. It ruined my day. My daughter and family were disappointed and upset.

I cannot reproduce the day. I couldn't find a videographer at the time it was supposed to start.

Joshua is not only extremely talented - but communicates his vision and ideas very professionally.

Joshua provided us with his scope and honestly took our project and turned it into something we could not imagine.

The time taken to prepare before he arrived was evident as every little detail was outlined by time table to ensure all basis were covered.

When the videography and photography was done, he remained in touch with us and even asked questions to ensure the product matched our vision aesthetically.

I will always use Joshua for all videography and photography needs - I encourage you to do the same!
