Kelly "Junebug" Bayer was born and raised in Santa Cruz, Ca. She hit the road after earning a BA in Environmental Studies, travelling the world working on farms and honing her musical craft during her 20s. She landed in NYC for 4 years to pursue tap dancing, and has been performing at elder communities, food establishments, private parties, cafe's, wineries, breweries, pumpkin patches, and wine bars in the Santa Cruz area since 2021. She is also a veterinary technician. Her main instrument is guitar and voice, also playing harmonica, kazoo, ukulele, banjo, autoharp, and tap dance. She plays a mix of classic folk, jazz standards, and original tunes from the 1930's to present and prides herself on musician and show-womanship.
