1. Expect to receive several questions about your event:
a. What type of event is it, how formal is it, when is it, and how long will it be
b. How many guests will be attending (how many will be consuming alcoholic beverages)
c. What type of venue will this take place (indoor or outdoor)
d. Will tip jars be allowed at the event?
e. If beer's being served will you use bottles or a keg?
f. Are you aware of any possible allergies in the wedding party or potential guests? (corn, dairy, nuts, etc)

Just Right Cocktails NW is a Mobile Bartending Service that strives to meet the needs of its clients by providing Off-Premise Special Event Bartending Services. These services include Beverage Menu Consulting and Planning in addition to the Bartending Services provided to your event. We are currently servicing the SW Washington Regional and Portland, OR Metropolitan Areas. And will work to facilitate outside of this area if requested on a case by case basis. Most everything is negotiable, except the high standards of service.

We DO NOT keep an alcohol inventory, but WE WILL let you know what is needed for your event and where to find the items needed, and how much of these items to purchase for your event.

When we are on duty, only the bar staff is to serve the alcohol, and when the event is over the remaining alcohol is packed up and given to the hosts to transport out of the venue.

If you are having an outdoor event, you will need to supply a heater for the event
