K. Cheng has appeared at the Comedy Cellar, the Comedy Store, and Gotham’s Comedy Club… not to perform, he’s just appeared there.
He has, however, performed at NBC Stand Up for Diversity, EDC (Electric Daisy Carnival), and San Francisco Sketchfest. He’s the producer of Crazy Funny Asians, a contributor to The Lunar Times, and is a guest lecturer at St. Mary’s College.

K opened up for our annual nonprofit gala and the audience loved him. We asked for lighthearted humor that all ages could enjoy. Had chatted with him to curate the show to highlight Asian Americans and our diverse crowd was still able to understand and laugh along! Loved the crowd work. K delivered a great forty five minute stand up routine last November at the Friday Harbor labs. His set consisted of some prepared materials and ad hoc jokes that kept the thirty some person audience laughing.

Though not a requirement, comedy works best in a dark room with low ceilings, and one spot light. I am in contact with several venues in the Bay Area, and have much of my own equipment if necessary.
