Kamaka Bob

We hired Kamaka Bob for a celebration of life service on the beach and he exceeded our expectations. He offered suggestions for service ideas and was flexible with plans when rain sent us off the beach. He brought portable speakers and a microphone and allowed our family to use the microphone when speaking. His songs were perfect for the occasion and he took requests as well. He was also able to blow a conch to open and close our ceremony which was really special and a hit with the kids. My family raved about how wonderful Bob was and how it really made our event special and memorable. We would highly recommend him and would hire him again in the future!

Kamaka Bob was a great addition to our wedding ceremony. I initially was searching for a guitarist but was pleasantly surprised to find a ukulele musician! My husband grew up around music and the ukulele was an important part of his childhood so this was perfect. Kamaka Bob was great at communication and arrived just in time for the surprise. His set list was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Kamaka Bob was one of a kind! Everyone absolutely LOVED him. He played the ukulele and sang Hawaiian music for our wedding ceremony (processional, recessional and the bridal entrance). He also surprised us with elegant ukulele playing during our lighting ceremony which added a really romantic and sweet touch. Also, everyone loved the conch shell in which prompted the bride (me) to come in. Overall, he was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend him! He is very kind and easy to work with also. :). We hired Kamaka Bob for a corporate event in Orlando and his performance was a super hit! He's very friendly and played a variety of songs. Everyone loved him and we'll definitely be hiring him for our next event in Orlando!

Kamaka Bob was absolutely amazing. I am an active duty soldier who came home on leave to Marry my sweetheart. He made our special occasion unforgettable. His rendition of "I won't give up" by Jason Mraz was awesome as well as"I want to grow old with you". However, when he played "Somewhere over the rainbow" by IZ, as my beautiful bride to be walked through the sand, it brought tears of joy to my eyes. He is truly a remarkable ukulele player. We interviewed several musicians and knew that Kamaka Bob was the one for us. We were out of state and had lots of e-mail and phone contact with him. He heard what we were requesting and went above and beyond to pull it all together for us. All of Bob's music was perfect - on the beach before the service, during the ceremony, and at the reception. Kamaka Bob made our event special and I cannot imagine a more perfect experience. He has a hint of Hawaii and we loved it. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again for any event we had in the area.

Bob was one of our favorite parts of our wedding! In the planning phase, Bob was easy to connect with via email and phone. For the songs that we knew we wanted to hear, he happily wrote them down to be sure they were played. When we were lost, he had a multititude of suggestions to lead us to our choices. Thank goodness he is so knowledgeable! The week before the wedding, he confirmed all our selections, reassuring us that we would have nothing to worry about! Day of, he was on time, set up, and ready to go. We knew we had the right guy when the bride could hear the first few ukelele notes of the balcony at the Ocean Club! Our guests raved about the live ukelele music at the ceremony. Definitely a memory being made for them.

When the night got into full swing, Bob was driving the party with his music. EVERYONE was dancing all night long! We had discussed music requests and he happily obliged our VIP guests with the songs they wanted to hear. Bob's professionalism was exceptional.

We were beyond satisfied with Bob and whole heartedly recommend for your event.
