Kate was absolutely amazing!! She arrived on time and had all her equipment ready to go. Most importantly, she played so beautifully and was even able to play some Bollywood songs which meant so much to our family and our guests. She really made our cocktail hour special, which set us up for a lovely reception. Everyone loved her music, she was definitely a highlight of the night. Would strongly recommend having Kate as part of any event!
Kate performed at my daughter's wedding ceremony this past weekend. Kate was so easy to communicate with, offered song suggestions, was willing to learn new music for us. She arrived in plenty of time to set up (and in the most lovely dress lol). Kate was willing to work with our soloist and figured out the details between themselves, so I didn't have to get involved. And of course her music was beautiful! We highly recommend Kate.

For us this made the whole party. It was my parents 60th wedding anniversary and they slowed dances to the violin. I never thought about them dancing when we hired the violinist but it made the whole party. Afterwards all the couples joined in. It was truly amazing! Thank you so much!!
Kate's performance at our wedding church ceremony was simply captivating! She learned three songs, including one where she composed her own music sheet for us. Accommodating and professional, Kate harmonized beautifully with our pianist despite limited practice time before the ceremony. Kate is a classically trained event violinist who has performed extensively in Canada, China, Holland and Australia. She has performed in various charity balls through which over a million dollars were raised for education and development. She was the concert master for Mr. Yu Pengnian's 90th birthday dinner, the most generous philanthropist in Hongkong. Also, she is active in corporate/cultural events. For example, she performed as the solo violinist for the 2021 Asian Heritage Month concert for the Government of Canada. Graduated with a master degree in art from Wilfrid Laurier University, she moved to Toronto at the end of 2019 and performed actively for weddings and events!
