Kelley began her career in service to others by serving our country as a member of our nation’s most elite fighting force, the United States Marine Corps, where she developed the values necessary to succeed in any environment and began to truly believe that each of us possesses a deep, internal wisdom that allows us to access the resources we need at exactly the right time to achieve whatever mission we choose.

In an earlier chapter of Kelley's life, she hired speakers. She's familiar with long, complicated contracts with demands like fruit of a certain color and diameter, special, hoity-toity waters, and what-not. NOT ON OUR WATCH! Kelley is very flexible in scheduling and fees and definitely low maintenance. She needs to get to you, she needs a place to stay, she needs food and water. She would prefer to do more than one type of event/engagement during her time of service with you. She is open to barracks and pot lucks while never turning down 5-star hotels and meals.

It's important that there is communication, clarity and alignment on all the details before the event. A signed contract that covers all those details is a must. The honorarium is expected at service and will be fully agreed upon by all involved. Kelley is highly dedicated and truly loves this work. Kelley's honorarium schedule is fair and reflects the value and worth while respecting your budget.
