Ken Montano’s journey as a photographer began 4 years ago when he started as a family portrait photographer at a high-end resort in Kissimmee (FL). He worked every day of the week photographing 6-8 families per day. His family photo-shoots lasted half an hour each, which is how he developed his ability to create quality products rapidly.

Ken photographed family portraits back-to-back for 3 years straight, giving him a great deal of photography experience in a very short time. Within 3 years, Ken had photographed well over 2,000 families, giving himself not only a lot of business, but also plenty of trial and error to learn and grow as a photographer.

That growth continues to this day, as Ken Montano Photography gives him the opportunity to constantly improve on his unique content and artistic technique. Lights, angles, facial and body expressions are Ken's best allies when it comes to creating an image that tells a story. For him, it’s not just about taking a photo - it’s about creating an interesting moment and giving it the depth and feeling it deserves.
