Ken Moran Jazz

Ken Moran is a SF Bay Area native. He has performed at numerous national and international jazz festivals as well as teaching and playing flute, clarinet, and saxophone in the Los Angeles music scene for over 10 years. As a woodwind teacher, Ken founded the At Home Music Academy in the Los Angeles Area. Having now returned to the SF Bay Area, Ken Teaches privately from his studios in Mountain View and Cupertino and has published his first instructional book, "Beginning Saxophone—Everything and More You Need in the First Year of Playing." Ken performs with his quartet and many other groups throughout the Bay Area. He holds a BM from Cal State University Northridge and a MM from San Jose State University, where he has taught as a Graduate Associate.
