Very professional- great communication before the party. I booked a pony for an hour for my granddaughters 4th birthday party. Barbara was wonderful with the children, kind and encouraging, very happy and upbeat. She brought a helper, Jenny who was also great with the kids. And of course Delilah, the pony, was just perfect! Beautiful and well groomed, I have loads of great pics.
