Kevin is not only a skilled pianist, but his portfolio of songs is crazy extensive. We hired him to play background music for an al fresco 100th BD luncheon. He was able to pull out the favorites of all 4 generations in attendance. We loved that the guests were prone to randomly singing along to their favs from Frank Sinatra to Lady Gaga, and could be caught swaying and/or bopping along to the music with pleasure while visiting the beverage and hors d’oeuvres stations prior to being seated. He has a beautiful voice, he plays divinely, and he understood volume levels. He arrived early, was set up and broken down quickly, and was the consummate gentleman. We will hire him again in a minute. We absolutely recommend him. He is well worth the investment.

Kevin hosted a live virtual concert for our staff over Zoom. He took song requests and read our team shout-outs out loud. He has an amazing voice, and his piano skills are very impressive (especially on songs not exactly intended for the piano)!

Kevin Lawrence is a miracle worker. First of all his voice is out of this world secondly he was able to integrate live singing with a DJ playlist that we had given him. We can’t say enough about Kevin’s performance! He was spot on with everything that he did. We had him play during the actual wedding and also during cocktail hour. Hi! I booked Kevin for my wedding on August 25th, with pretty short notice , and lucked out that he was available. I knew I did not want a DJ, I am not huge into dancing, it was a daytime event and the venue was intimate, for about 50 people. I fell in love with his music when I stumbled across a video of him playing and singing on youtube. He was exactly what I wanted and I am so glad I booked him, he was worth every single penny spent. I was a very laid back bride, and provided him with no other information other than what I wanted my first dance song to be. He is the professional, and I let him do his thing. It is very hard to write a review of someone who was absolutely perfect for the occasion. Kevin exceeded our greatest expectations and truly provided the impetus for a wonderful evening.

Kevin played at our wedding in Naples. We're from the UK but had our wedding in Florida. Kevin was amazing right from first getting in touch with him, he responded straight away to any emails I sent to him. He made everything really easy for us, which was a big help when trying to plan things from overseas. He's every bit as good as in his online videos. And a great guy with it! I hired Kevin to provide music for an outdoor party in our community, with about 70 people attending. This was my second time hiring Kevin -- the first time was for my father's birthday party two months earlier; I was very impressed with his performance then so I hired him again for this party.

Once again, Kevin was a hit. He played a variety of music appropriate for the age range of attendees, a mix of baby boomers and seniors. I overheard one of my neighbors telling Kevin he was the best musician we've ever had for one of these parties (which we have twice a year).

First off, Kevin is AMAZING. I hired him for my sister in-law's baby shower (~40 people) and he was such a hit! I first met Kevin about 3 years ago when I was having dinner at Season 52 in Costa Mesa with some friends and at the time bf (now husband). We were all just so wowed by him so I couldn't help but ask him for his business card on my way out.

About 2 years later, I got engaged and one of the first things I had to do was fish for that business card. I immediately contacted Kevin, even before I started looking at venues. I was surprised he said he remembered me. I'm sure he was completely honest cause he doesn't seem like the lying kind of guy. But if he was lying, he sure had me fooled! The moment we had our date set, I e-mailed him right away to make sure he doesn't fill up that day!

Kevin has such a wide selection of music. I loved how incredibly versatile he was and his voice is so warm and inviting. We hired him to play when the guests starts arriving, the processional, and our cocktail hour. I sent him our music selection about 1-2 month before and a lot of them he did need to learn. But I love how he wasn't pushy in any way to make us pick from his selection of music. He was more concerned that we get the music selection we want and he learned them all for our wedding.

His rendition of the songs we picked turned out so beautifully, I had tears coming down before I even began walking. Our guests had so much fun interacting with him during cocktail hour. Kevin was our choice for entertainment at our daughter's law school graduation party. He was amazing! He performed popular current music that appealed to our daughter's friends as well as performing classic hits that our generation knew and loved. Kevin Laurence was extremely professional and even more entertaining. He had an excellent knowledge of great songs and by the end of the evening (and after a few drinks) we were singing along and having the time of our lives. Thanks Kevin for making our party so much fun!

Booking Kevin Laurence for my birthday party was a decision that I am so happy to have made. He was extremely friendly and amendable to all song requests by me and my guests. It was really hard to stump him on a song he didn't know.

Kevin works with you to figure out exactly what you're looking for in terms of music and style. During his performance, he engaged with all the guests by playing from both a set list and requests. I've used DJ's for parties in the past but nothing can replace having a LIVE PERFORMANCE!!!!
