Keynote Speaker- Archaeology and STEM

An evening with Monty can include both inspirational and cautionary stories from America's past told by an engaging and affable speaker. A 45 minute keynote address is accompanied by short video vignettes from his documentary films that present the beauty, grandeur and poignancy of America's story.

Monty is no ordinary archaeologist. Adventurous and eager to learn about the world around him, Dr. Monty has scuba-dived with sharks, explored the Egyptian desert and lived on four of the seven continents. An award-winning documentary filmmaker, Monty's passion for America's unique story is a common theme in his work. He is also the host, writer, and producer of the public television series that explores America’s secret history—America From the Ground Up. An accomplished speaker, Monty has served as Historian in Residence and speaker with Viking Ocean Cruises and spoken to public, business and civic audiences internationally. Monty's passion for preserving and promoting America's historic places will enthrall your audience and leave them with a renewed appreciation for our shared collective stories.
