KoGee’s Soul Reprise features R&B/Soul vocalist Kori Gillis. Kori comes from a musical family and has been heavily influenced by Motown, classic soul, gospel, and jazz. After he graduated from the Armed Forces School of Music in Virginia Beach, Va., in 2004, he went on to become the lead male vocalist for both Navy Band Southwest as well as the Naval Forces Band Europe and Africa the following year. Kori has performed for millions of people throughout Africa, Europe and the US while serving his country. Currently, he resides in San Diego, CA., and performs with a corporate band around the Southern California area, and more mellow environments and venues as KoGee’s Soul Reprise.
