Stage Show Requirements:

☆Dedicated sound person to run our music to my cues who is also available for soundcheck/ rehearsal if we have one

Fire Show Requirements:
☆It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that their event facility meets the List of NFPA Codes & Standards as Outlined by the National Fire Protection Agency. NFPA publishes more than 300 consensus codes and standards intended to minimize the possibility and effects of fire and other risks.
☆ All fire performances must meet the requirements outlined in the NFPA Code 160 – Standard for the Use of Flame Effects Before an Audience: This standard provides public safety officials, designers, performers and operators of flame effects with the latest requirements for the protection of the audience, support personnel, performers, the operator, assistants, and property where flame effects are used.
☆ All fire performances must meet the requirements outlined in the Fire Safety Performance Checklist created by NAFAA The North American Fire Arts Association. The purpose of the Fire Performance Safety Checklist is to provide a resource to aid fire marshals in applying the safety standards to an event that features flame effects and the safety of the audience.
☆ All fire performances must meet the requirements outlined in the NAFAA Safety Guidelines by the NAFAA The North American Fire Arts Association. The purpose of this document is to provide a minimum set of voluntary fire performer safety guidelines that attends to the concerns of public health and safety as applied to open flame performance. This document is meant to supplement and clarify the NFPA 160 standards involving ‘Group I’ devices before an audience. It is not intended to supplant local fire codes, all diligence should be used to discover the local codes for open flame performance.

☆ Client acknowledges that additional experienced fire safety personnel will be required for EVERY performance. These persons must be certified in Fire Safety through The Flow Arts Institute. Client must file a “Request for Inspection” at their local Fire Marshal Office. You must also call to schedule an appointment for an inspection. Contact your Fire Marshal’s office to do so.
Travel Stipend Requirements:

☆Per Diem Food Stipend: ($66.00- $71.00)
