If you book a full service event package, you will expect to have consistent planning consultations, venue tours (if you would like to join), and day of coordination.

If you book any a la carte services, such as balloon garlands, backdrop stands, and vendor bookings you can expect planning consultations, day of drop off (depending on service booked) and execution of vendor services.
