As certified Pro artists, we work daily with national brands such as NARS, Smashbox, Benefit & MAC Cosmetics to bring current trends to their customers. We offer those same on trend looks to our personal clients as well. Additionally, our extensive training allows our specialists to couple fabulous hair with a flawless face, making our clients the belle of the ball!
The services we offer include, but are not limited to airbrush and traditional makeup applications, false lashes, hair extensions, up styling, natural/loc styling & color applications.
All services are preformed at your home or chosen location.
We were scheduled for makeup and hair. I paid a 50% deposit. I cancelled due to a Level 1 snow emergency. The roads were snow covered and icy. We rescheduled for the next week. I let her know and she texted she would try to fit me in. Well she wasn't available. She said because I cancelled, her policy is not to return the money. Her attitude was cold. I would never use her in the future and I advise against paying her a deposit.

It is unfortunate that you felt the need to write a negative review due to your oversight. My invoice stated that in the event that a client cancels their appointment, no refund will be issued, but you retain a credit to utilize toward future services. When we spoke on the phone, I was polite and professional despite your aggressive tone.
I regret that you have had a negative experience, and wish you the best of luck with future relationships with artists. Perhaps working with less experienced artists will allow you the opportunity to negotiate for free or discounted services and bypass booking procedure with much more ease.
