Professionals that are skilled in various styles of performance that can successfully turn any event or project into a memorable splendor. We have performed for private events, film/TV, band tours, full-length live performances, etc. Creating unforgettable experiences is what we do best. Our repertoire is expansive- with precision kicklines, contortion, themed modeling, breakdancing, aerial work, fire dancing, synchro, live music, and so much more. We love incorporating stylized concepts in to our performances- providing the visual "total package". With our team of entertainment professionals, the sky is truly the limit.

Hired the LA Follies for a client event in Palm Springs. Colette helped brainstorm the best format to work within a tight budget and provided a stellar grouping of performances throughout the day. From start to finish the team was a pleasure to work with. The attention to detail in planning, costuming and execution was beyond impressive. True professionals in every sense of the word, they arrived on-time and delivered a dazzling show. From polynesian drummers and dancers, to roller girls and a Mad Men themed evening performance, they truly understood and incorporated the swanky sixties vibe we envisioned, ultimately complementing the location at The Parker in Palm Springs. Bravo ladies, and cheers to a wonderful experience! Look forward to working with the team again!

I had the great pleasure of working with the LA Follies on a high-end fundraising gala for the Tampa Museum of Art. The expectations were very high all around for the event and without a doubt these ladies made it the delight it was! Guests in attendance have still not tired of talking about the performances and those that weren't there are regretting missing out on the experience.
I began working with Colette (co-founder and all around awesome person) about 6 months before the big event, through the initial brainstorming, budgeting, costuming, choreography, music selection, timing, everything, she made it so enjoyable and quelled my worries before I could have any. Considering we are on the opposite coast from LA, the distance was never a hindrance - proving they truly can rock anything anywhere in the world. I cannot speak enough to the point of how above and beyond they went and how incredibly happy our VERY high-end clients were.
The costuming was perfection and the talents of the entire troupe are endless. We worked with the Follies on every aspect of the event, atmospheric enhancement, encouraging guests to bid on auction items, auction prize winner fanfare, headline entertainment - dancing, tap dancing, contortion, etc., after party atmospheric. It was endless fun!
I'm sure I've missed some point to gush on but suffice it to say, I am looking forward to any opportunity to work together again and encourage anyone with the chance to do the same!!

We had the pleasure of booking the LA Follies for the Gatsby Evening event during our Annual Business Summit this year. From the beginning stages of inquiry to the final performance, LA Follies and Colette were absolutely marvelous to work with! She was professional, helpful, on-point and a literal wealth of information. Her entertainers were professional, beautiful and sweet as the bees knees. :) I have already highly recommended LA Follies to the high-end Pelican Hill Resort and would use them again without a wink should the opportunity present itself in the future. The LA Follies are absolutely amazing. Talented, beautiful, and just generally nice people. They did a music video for me. The choreographer, Colette, not only took my look and story into consideration, she brought costumes, props, and her girls arrived hair and makeup ready! The one drawback is that Colette is very busy so it was sometimes hard to get a hold of her during pre production. Next time I work with them, I would sign a contract right away in order to manage both my and their expectations better beforehand.

Shannon & Colette are a delight to work with - very professional and accommodating. The dance routines were fresh and exciting, the guests at our wedding absolutely loved it. I would certainly book them again for an event.

As a corporate event planner, it is incredibly important for me to work with a group that is flexible, professional and collaborative in the creative process. This group is all 3. I had a high end client that had a theme that obscure and also had a ton of last minute changes. This group hit the nail on the head with its custom routines and costumes...all with enthusiasm that got me excited every time I saw them perform! The client was so thrilled with their performance and the buzz it created was truly spectacular. I would book this act again and again because they will always come up with a performance that you never knew you wanted, but it's exactly what your event needed.

I am a wedding and event coordinator out in the Los Angeles and Orange County area and I recently had a Debut for my company, Rock N' Events.
I've called the LA Follies to perform a 1920's dance at the debut and it was honestly the best decision I have made for the event.
First off, ALL THE WOMEN ARE AMAZINGLY GORGEOUS! Everyone at the event were raving about how beautiful the Follies are and what makes them even more gorgeous is their personalities. The ladies were so friendly to ALL of the guests and they really got involved in the activities at the event. The owners, Colette and Shannon are the BEST to work with!
There's no doubt that I'll be working with these ladies again. They are extremely professional, sweet and they seriously rocked it!

LA Follies provided our corporate party wonderful, unexpected entertainment! The crowd loved every minute of the amazing performances and they were so professional and easy to work with. The best part is LA Follies is self contained. They come on-time, ready to perform, and there's no need for stage, lighting, dressing rooms, etc. etc. It was turn-key, easy, and no fuss. The storyline was great and added a lot to the performance. Costumes very eye catching. The girls looked like they were enjoying performing as much as we enjoyed watching. Kick lines were great - need to be longer counts and the audience will have a chance to respond!

the Electric Lodge hosted a fiery concert debuting, the Follies. I was excited for what they had in store that Friday night. the Follies hosted appetizers and drinks! A++, they definitely know what their audience want. Each piece was epic, strong and fast paced; there was a guest artist Lyndsey Shaw and her amazing piano accompanist to set the mood during dancer transitions. the Follies dancers are a family of young ladies who know how to spark up the night with their crazy jazz styles directed and choreographed by Colette Brandenburg. I found the Follies troupe to be extremely professional and lively. Putting their stunning technique aside it was nice to see originality; a style brought back from the 20's and cabaret was refreshing. The idea of it all is how much does the performance impact the audience. It was extremely creative, hot, energetic and all around entertaining! The dance industry needs a fresh new flavor like the Follies. I cannot wait for their next performance.

I saw this charming troupe perform in Venice and it put a huge smile on my face. The energy they brought to the event was magnetic! Made me want to put on my dancing shoes! Great touch of class and vintage flair to an evening!

Being involved in a small stage show featuring songs from different musicals once a month, I have experienced both Colette and Shannon as choreographers and two of their dancers in each production. Shannon and Colette have great ideas and exhibit much patience as we work with them to transform ourselves from inexperienced actors into "semi-pros"?! Their dancers come prepared to perform according to the theme and make us look good. All are friendly, kind, and professional.

I saw the LA Follies at the Electric Lodge in Venice. I was blown away. There is nothing like this. The style was pure classy retro kickline mashed with a pumping club-worthy vibe that blew up the room. The music was one unbelievable remix after another and the choreography hit each note with dynamic energy and originality. I would love to see them again!

What to Expect
We turn any event from great to spectacular. We have a range of numbers from tap to rhythmic gymnastics to jazz to pointe to roller dancers and synchronized swimmers and let's not forget the aerialists and our kick lines! We can adapt to small or large events. We also have a great partnership with musicians and singers to easily add live music to make that event extra special!

The LA Follies have performed for private events, network television, commercial work, and a variety of customized events from the Segerstrom to a warehouse in Bushwick to the O2 in London, we have kicked it up a notch across the globe. Influences & Inspiration
We love the MGM musical era, movies like the Great Gatsby, the Rockettes, of course the Ziegfield Follies, Busby Berkeley, Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire, Gene Kelly, Bob Fosse! We take these inspirations and make current choreography!
