We're passionate about service, and passionate about the quality of our drinks. If you hire us to build cocktails for you, you can be assured that everything will be house-made and small batch. There's no sweet and sour mix, or any pre-made syrups. Eric has bartended at a variety of cocktail bars, ranging from high-volume club spaces to intimate fine dining where each element is meticulously considered and crafted. Using this spectrum of experience, we can offer high-end cocktail flavor but with a mindset geared towards high-volume events.

If you only need bartending service for beer, wine, or simple mixed drinks we are happy to serve whatever your event is geared towards. Our love of service and interaction with guests drives us to enjoy any style of event.

Eric has been bartending for nearly 15 years. Initially specializing in wine, he became enamored with craft cocktails around 2011 and has developed a passion and skill for perfectly crafted drinks. In 2023 he started the cocktail brand La Petit Mort. La Petit Mort has hosted pop-up events featuring unique and creative small-batch cocktails. There's a casual and fun atmosphere to these events, where the focus is on high execution and low pretention. A good drink shouldn't require an exclusive and stuffy environment.

We offer cocktail menu consultation if you're looking for custom drinks for your event, and we are happy to offer bartending services for a wide variety of events. Our history of bartending events means you can put your trust in us to handle everything related to beverage service.

Our drinks are often inspired by friends and family, and we're excited to bring that passion to your event through our consultation services. We can build personalized drinks using favorite flavors, colors, memories, stories about your first date, etc. We love the process of getting to know people and finding an unexpected way to represent them. We can build drinks for family members or friends, and we also offer a growing menu of original cocktails that we've served at pop-ups and other events around Portland.

Eric is enthusiastic about the history and story of cocktails, and has hosted workshop-style events where he engages with guests about how the drinks are being crafted, the history and any other interesting facts. These events are highly interactive and a great team-building experience for the companies that have hired Eric to host a workshop.
