Lake and Luke

I hired Lake and Luke to help me propose to my girlfriend and they did not disappoint! They were extremely patient and accommodating and helped make the moment very special, I can't recommend them enough.

I cannot find enough good things to say about Lake and Luke. I was initially considering a lot of other performers with more reviews, professional photos and videos, etc., but Lake and Luke felt right, and if I were to do it again, I would hire them 100 times out of 100. Glad I snagged them before their performance calendar gets packed.

I enlisted Lake and Luke to perform at a surprise proposal to my girlfriend. It involved a *lot* of flexibility and cooperation from them. They learned several songs at my request (some on very short notice, including one actually written by my girlfriend), they arrived in secret, and waited patiently in their places for over 40 minutes for my girlfriend and me to arrive. They even performed a private concert for my parents to entertain them during the wait. And then when the time to perform came, they nailed every song. Beautiful voices, spot-on harmonies, elegant playing, and they created a fantastic atmosphere. My (now-)fiancee is a professional singer, and noted that, in some places, Lake and Luke replaced the song's original harmonies with ones more suited to their sound, which she called "real artistry" that elevated the songs. My fiancee also commented that she couldn't believe how well Lake performed the song my fiancee had written years ago. She got every lyric and melody exactly right. It was clear Lake had worked hard on it. And Luke kindly filmed our dance to the song, even though I did not ask him to.

I'd also add that they were gracious and responsive in every interaction. They had clear communication and showed professionalism in every respect. They arrived on time, were well-dressed, had a polished sound, and were very warm and kind every time I spoke to them. They seem like great people, and it's always good to work with great people. Top marks across the board.
