Laurence did a great show for our private party. He was professional, communicative, and most of all, entertaining! I heard our guests give comments like "he's the real deal", "he's amazing", and "when is he coming back" all evening.

Laurence came over to help us celebrate our son’s 16th birthday! We warned him about the crowd of teenagers that would be present and that didn’t scare him off. He came and captured the attention of about 50 teens. It was amazing to see them all quietly entertained. We enjoyed him and appreciate the extra effort he out in to help us surprise our son. Laurence was wonderful entertainment for my twins’ 18th birthday party. He worked the crowd slowly, entertaining the parents and then getting the kids’ attention. His mind reading tricks were fantastic and he remembered unique details about our party guests. He made the birthday girls feel special and used them in part of his show. He put me at ease with the care he took in planning the event. There are lots of things that can go wrong planning a surprise party and he definitely was not one of them but rather the one thing I did not worry about! Laurence was awesome!! We hired The Mind Magician as entertainment for one evening during our annual conference. Our business associates to this day, cannot figure out how he did what he did in the show. He involved the audience with both laughter and personal involvement in the routines. The reasons we are giving the show a 4 instead of a 5 is there was one portion of the show that used numbers preselected by the audience, but they were written down on a tiny piece of paper no one could see. Anything could have been written on that small piece of paper, it kind of took away from the amazement of the mathematical trick. Also, because there was an awkward delayed start to the show because of some technical issues with a speaker which gave the show a bit of low energy that was difficult to recapture.

Last night we had a group of about 30 Dentists together for a Mastermind Event and hired Laurence for the evening Gala portion of our meeting. He was AMAZING! He arrived early at our meeting, interacted with our guests through the cocktail hour, doing his amazing mind magic (and remembering everyone's names!!). After dinner his show entertained us for about an hour--seriously unbelievable! I loved that he took the time to get to know our group and tailored the evening to our group's purpose and interest--referring to dentistry and our mastermind as a theme. He also brought his own sound system and let us use it for our Awards ceremony prior to his show. Can't say enough wonderful things about his performance. This morning our doctors were still talking about it and trying figure out how Lar did what he did! Highly recommend Laurence Francis--a true Mind Magician.

Laurence Francis performed close-up magic during a 3 hour birthday party.

The variety of tricks was very good, and he did a good job of smoothly transitioning from one group to the next throughout the evening. No one was able to figure out how the tricks were pulled off, which sparked great conversation during and after the party.

His presence allowed all attendees to be included in the evening’s events! The birthday girl was given a special performance at the end of the evening as the grand finale.

We hired Lar for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. He was captivating and quite the entertainer. Lar definitely mesmerized us all and the girls are still taking about each trick he did. Merlin's Theater hired Lar for our January public show at our theater. Lar is a professional and delighted our audience with a very well thought out Mind Reading show.

I just hosted a retirement party for my dear friend. I wanted the party to be a special, memorable event. Lar was the perfect touch! He mingled among my guests all evening and they all thought he was great. He finished the evening with a grand finale that he created just for my friend and the whole group was fascinated and thoroughly entertained.
