If you hire me, I will walk you through my 3 easy steps to prepare for your event to be a great success!

Step 1: I will set up a phone conversation with you to ask you as many details about your event as you'd like to share with me. This may be a 5 minute straight forward conversation or up to 3o minutes, depending on how many details we need to cover. For example: your expectations for the outcome, your mood preference, any specific song requests, specific details about the venue, distance and any potential travel fees, your set length preferences and timings, any sound equipment logistics, etc. I will then suggest my recommendations for my ensemble based on your budget, time in advance/scheduling, distance, and overall best fit for your event. I will most likely leave you with a few options to consider while I contact my local players to see who is available for your event.

Step 2: I will either call you or email you to confirm the previously discussed details including what ensemble and sound equipment I will provide, and follow up with a deposit invoice to hold the date. Once the deposit is paid, you can relax and move onto all the other details you need to worry about for your event, because we are all set!

Step 3: A few days prior to your event, you can expect a nice reminder email from me confirming I have all the correct information about your event: date, time, location, parking, our arrival time, our wardrobe, set length, song request/mood preferences, sound equipment, who is responsible for providing a piano if needed or any chairs or music stands for the band, how to pay the remainder once we are finished, band meal if any, any speaking or announcement requests and when, and any other details so you know you can count on me to provide exactly what we discussed. If you hire me and my players, I guarantee you won't have any last minute hectic surprises, I know I am brand new here on GigSalad but we have performed hundreds of weddings and events since 2010!

What to expect on event day:
My band and I will arrive approximately 1-2 hours in advance of the start of your event to set up our sound equipment and test the sound EQ and levels. We will be dressed to perform. We will begin playing music exactly when requested. We will perform all obligations in our agreement with precision, and we will take the lead to entertain your guests to our fullest potential. Our agreement will outline any fees incurred if the event is cancelled or if the event's start time is delayed longer than 20 minutes outside our control. We will take care of all our own needs day of, so you don't need to do a thing for us. Once we are finished, we will quickly and quietly back our belongings and depart with very happy hugs goodbye. Most of our work is booked through word of mouth, so it's always greatly appreciated when and if you can spread the word about how we made your day special!
