Laurin arrived very early to Edisto which was very appreciated. There was a miscommunication as to when she would play my song as I walk to the beach/alter, as she did not start playing it when I asked. Other than that mix-up she was great.

Don't have a rating because our booking was canceled due to a previous booking that she had. The previous booking caused a scheduling conflict. Luckily I found someone to replace her in enough time.

This was a private and personal event for my husband. Laurin and Billie did an amazing job and left us wanting them to stay longer. We will absolutely book them again for the next event.

Laurin McGee was on time, in fact early to set up for the event. She was friendly and her actions were professionally shown. The music she played was enjoyed by everyone attending. Laurin showed and upbeat and real enjoyment in performing the saxophone.
We will hire her again at our next big event. Another big plus, she is a local talent of Charleston, SC, where our event was held. Her talent can be seen on YouTube and she performs locally, as well, travels with her own band.

Surprised my now husband at our wedding with Laurin's entertainment at our wedding cocktail hour! She was willing to play what we wanted and had a great selection! Truly made our night, he was so excited! I highly recommend her for any occasion!

Laurin did a great job playing at our very intimate wedding. She was not given much direction by us but still had the ability to make it happen and work flawlessly!

We booked Laurin for our wedding in the Charleston Battery this past Saturday and the little that I got to hear was excelent but our guest raved about her all night and asked where did we get her from. We hired Laurin for our wedding to play specific songs (New York New York, Sway, Fly Me to the Moon, Empire State of Mind). She was perfect. Her timing with the ceremony was spot on. It sounded amazing, no mic needed. If I ever need a sax player again I will ask her! It was the perfect touch to our ceremony and exactly what I was dreaming of.

Laurin is incredibly talented. She played our wedding ceremony, her performance was flawless. She played "New York, New York" for the bridal party entrance, "Sway" for the grooms walk, "Fly Me To The Moon" for the brides entrance and "Empire State of Mind" for the end of the ceremony. (Yeah, the Jay Z song!) I was very impressed with her level of professionalism as well as her level of talent. If you need a saxophone player that can not only meet but exceed your expectations I would highly recommend hiring Laurin.

We were at an out of town wedding where Laurin was hired to play. I must say it was a very pleasent change to the traditional wedding music. We would highly recomend Laurin for any funtion you might be planning.
