Lavier is a Latin fusion cuisine with a different concept and unique flavors. It was founded in 2006 by Gabriela Vieyra and Guillermo Lara (Chef) childhood in Yucatan, Mexico. With over 30 years of culinary experience & a passion for creating gourmet dishes with hand crafted spices and locally-sourced ingredients, he has established himself as one of the most beloved Chef's in Marin County
