I knew from that moment I would try it but its wasn't til a few months later that I went ahead with that promise. For my 28th birthday I brought a pole and thought you tube would teach me didn't work, as a birthday gift a friend brought me a groupon for 5 pole classes in Jan 2013 at that time I was my heaviest weighting 200 ibs . The 5 classes challenged me the most ever in fitness and I did P90x 1&2 but this was different enough that I wanted to come back and try again even though every week more woman would drop out. My teacher Tiffani Gautier for the next 2 yrs took broke me down and built me back up , not just with strength and skill but with self confidence. Then life changes happened and I moved from NYC to VA feb 2015 wanting to continue poling I called the closest pole studio and a year later I become a teach there. 3 years of poling changed my life!! Built my body in ways I could only imagine. I now weight 140lbs and I have abs and toned arms, muscle in places I didn't know they come ,gave me flexibility which I turned into contortion which I thought only gymnasts could achieve , adding dancing to my pole and contortion and introducing a new style of chair. I'm
confidence and keeps me humble because every move ,trick , pound lost was earned,so if I could help a woman become the greatest version of herself through getting JUIC3d I wanna do so
