My studies on the subject of leadership started in my college days receiving a B.S. degree and include consummate reading, attending lectures, being mentored by several outstanding business leaders and study at the Jack Welch Management Institute. I am also a guest speaker on leadership at various universities, sit on university advisory boards and have involvement with several university business schools, including the John F. Welch College of Business.
