Leadership Ranch

Working with the Leadership Ranch is simple. We will gather some information including; your goals, preferred date, organization and contact information. We will send you a quote for the service and if it is agreed upon, we will email you a letter of confirmation. This is our simple contract. It confirms the date, time, number of participants and the price. We will also email a waiver form that each participant will have to sign in order to participate. Signed waivers are given to the facilitator on the day of the program. Following the program, we will send an invoice or you can pay the day of the program. At this time, we only accept check and cash.

We will also email you a simple evaluation of your experience because we believe in continuous improvement.

Hi My name is Tim Eberle. The Leadership Ranch has been servicing the Springfield region since 1993. The 20 acre woods is full of activities that are designed to challenge individuals to identify and practice successful leadership and life skills such as communication, trust and teamwork. I have been working with area schools, Universities, churches, organizations, camps and corporations for over 15 years. I am also certified to build and inspect challenge courses which often leads me to travel around the country. Here in Republic, Missouri, I employ a team of talented facilitators who are focused on safety, fun and learning.

If you are looking for the Leadership Ranch to bring portable challenge activities to your site; it is important to recognize that we need a large open space such as a large meeting room without tables and chairs.
