Expect our engagement to be co-designed with innovative activities either table top or expeditionary. Expeditionary means embodied using a physical experience. This includes stand up paddleboards, hiking, biking, archery, flyfishing, snowshoeing, yurt trips, kayaking, cave exploration etc. These experiences get people out of their comfort zone, and identify metaphors from the experience that apply to their leadership.

Dr Truman-Allen is an Executive Coach serving leaders and their teams. She brings her experiences as Executive Leader, Emergency nurse, Outward Bound expeditionary learning instructor and Organization Development professional into her coaching. Kristen has master's degrees in both Nursing Education and Organization Systems and completed her doctoral dissertation on the power of using metaphors in coaching to evoke lasting transformation.
Kristen utilizes expeditionary and experiential methodology to evoke personal transformation, team and leadership development as well as organization experience strategy. As a business owner, wife and mother of five children, she is passionate about revolutionizing the leadership experience to living and leading with energy, connection and results.

Microphones needed for large groups. Expedition equipment is handled based on location and availability.
