Leading Internationally In Multicultures

Leading internationally is not easy. Worldwise class leaders inevitably touch-base with different cultures, that have different backgrounds & needs. Each culture communicates and interacts in different ways, and to be an inclusive leader, we need to learn how to properly address different people to build trust, drive ideas and achieve our goals.

I will help your key leaders learn how to interact with high and low context cultures, and everything in between. In a fun and story-oriented way, they will learn what context cultures are, what are each communication preferences and styles, how to put themselves in the Culture Map them, and how to lead when they have a multicultural diverse team.
