To supply relevant and useful information regarding recovery from tragic loss; as well as work with survivors of suicide loss on applying specific tools designed for facing the complex healing process they must go through. I measure success by how well survivors of suicide loss can establish a healthy and peaceful environment to live in – every day. My programs are easily adapted to those who work professionally with those who are dealing with loss and grief. My background as a nurse allows me to relate easily to the professional working with this population.

I speak one on one. I speak to small groups - to large groups - and in formal and informal ways. I am adaptable to your setting and your needs.
My style is a non-confronting one, accepting, and helping people move forward from where they are. I do like to engage and have an interactive experience.
Gabrielle Doucet is nurse, author, speaker, healing energy practitioner, and stress-free landscape designer.
With a BS in nursing, an MBA and a Masters in Healthcare Administration, Gabrielle was working as a registered nurse when she suffered the unimaginable loss of her adult son to suicide. Plunged into grief, she turned to her 30 year work experience providing Quality Management for patients in the healthcare setting, and as a healer of others, to heal herself.
Working with others on how to improve their health, recover from illness and reach that balance of mind-body connection and balanced lifestyle, well, who knew that all her life’s experience would now turn inward?
Gabrielle developed her own program of healing, then reached out to help others by writing her book, Let Go and Let Love, Survivors of Suicide Loss Healing Handbook. And she started speaking – to others who had lost loved ones, to families, and to clinicians.
She began to realize her book, and her process applied to those who had suffered serious, sudden loss – of any kind – she began to think her subtitle of her book should have been “Survivors of Loss Healing Handbook”.
Loss of a job, a career, a company. Loss of income or financial security. Loss of health, physical or mental - or that of those closest to us. Loss of a home. Loss of a relationship. Loss of self-esteem.
Loss is a very personal thing. But often it happens in a very public arena. Where we work. It happens to us. To those we work with. Our employees. Our bosses. Our clients. Our business networkers. What do we do? How do we cope?
Gabrielle speaks from personal experience, after surviving the loss of her son, who took his life by suicide, in his early 40s, with no warning.
I can work with a powerpoint, handouts, video - or nothing at all. I do ask for a microphone that is portable so all can share.
Portable microphone if the room is large
