When my 501(c)3 non-profit organization planned on an all-women panel about finding fulfillment within our careers, we split the audience into 2 categories of interest: career-pivot and career-focus. We knew that Lia Bai would be perfect keynote speaker about career pivots. Communication with her was easy and clear, and mutually beneficial terms were discussed when booking her for our program. Her humorous anecdotes and conversation between spaghetti and noodles talk had all attendees laughing.
