Branding Alliance’s new open-air photo station can be used at a variety of events including weddings, corporate parties, brand activations, trade shows, or for family reunions and birthdays. It’s a great activity to get your guests to let loose, have fun, and make memories!
This selfie station lets you create a fully customizable group or personal photo experience. Everything from the backdrop to the design of the border on the photos to the event #hashtag can be personalized to celebrate or promote your event. To keep the party going, we’ll also post a digital gallery complete with high-resolution downloads after the event is over!
The Setup
We bring the #LightsCameraSelfies! station to your event and set up an hour before the event begins. Bring any props you like or add on our props package, and get ready to smile!
Get Snapping!
You’ll have access to the #LightsCameraSelfies! station for three hours and can add more time as needed in advance or at the event. Our event team member will help your guests throughout the event — you just direct traffic & hype it up!
Share your photos
The #LightsCameraSelfies! station photos can be sent directly to your phone, social media or to your personal email. The station will also save a digital gallery for the event host’s personal review!
The team at Branding Alliance isn't busy enough, the pair decided to add a facet to their company that is unique and fun to add value for their clients. They are now the proud owners of #LightsCameraSelfies! an open-air selfie station which allows customers to snap a branded selfie and send it to themselves via text or email. The open-air concept allows groups of any size to be included in the photo, giving guests the excitement of a new experience with every snap. Personalized frames, backgrounds, and props are available as well as an attendant to assist attendees in getting the perfect selfie. With the 15” light ring, bad venue lighting won’t mean a bad photo. Custom packages are available, and the station can be rented for private or corporate events.
Our station comes with a 15" light ring to make every photo look its best.
Wi-Fi or a dedicated hotspot is needed to directly send the photos via text or email.
A 3-prong electrical outlet is required.

Client is responsible for ensuring power is available for the LCS photo station. (Approximately 120V, 5 amps, 3 prong outlet). The outlet must not be shared with any other appliance. LCS will have a 10’ extension cord available.
Wi-Fi is required and the passcode for Wi-Fi should be provided in advance. Or in rare cases, a HotSpot can be used.
LCS photo station setup area should preferably be indoors especially during the day. If outdoors, client should ensure adequate shade from the sun to ensure good lighting of photos
A solid wall is necessary for setup to avoid wind interference. If the event is outdoors LCS can provide a 12’ x 12’ white tent for an additional fee of $65. This service must be made in advance so the equipment/supplies can be packed in the delivery tr
Client must provide an indoor setup if rain or inclement weather is forecast. Setup area must be free of potential hazardous materials or items.
Our open concept station setups should be wheelchair accessible unless the venue or client places the station on an elevated site. Height adjustment for children or wheelchair must be requested prior to setup. The LCS photo station once setup must not be
