Limani's Tiki Bar and Grill

Hello....My name is Limani and I'm originally from South Africa. I've lived in the states since 2002 and Indianapolis has become my home. I travel a lot and my favorite place is Aruba and that's where the Tiki Hut idea came from. A few years ago while on vacation in Aruba, I saw a man pulling a mini tiki hut with a bike selling sno cones. It was the most creative idea I had seen in a while and I immediately thought "I want one of those". I came home and was determined to have a Mobile Tiki Hut so after weeks of sleepless nights in my garage....lets just say, you will be amazed what a little determination and lots of hard work will do. Now that I had my Tiki Hut, I had to work on the perfect menu and sno cones where just not going to cut it. It didn't take long to realize there was nothing better than an ice cold Pina Colada served out of a fresh pineapple shell to take me back to my favorite place on earth. So, there you have it...Limani's Tiki Hut.
