As an Inspirational Speaker, I provide a positive message full of lots of laughter, relatable stories and the powerful reminder of God's hope & happiness that He wants for each of us.

As a musician, the audience will hear my emotions poured out through piano pieces that I've written...an extension of my heart and soul and where I'm at with God on this journey called life.
For special events, I play semi-classical/contemporary piano pieces.

As a Workshop Educator on Mental Health, the audience will hear my personal story of overcoming Depression, Mania (Bipolar Disorder), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety & Panic Attacks. Also, I provide resources available for overcoming Depression, Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as Education on Mental Health/Mental Illness, Medication, Natural Supplements, Treatment Options, learning Healthy Coping Skills, How to Help a Loved One who Is Struggling, Biblical Characters who Struggled with Depression, Anxiety & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Light Therapy, Pet Therapy and Take Home Life Skills for Every Day Stress.

Hi my name is Linnea. I have been so blessed to have shared my personal story and music that I have written, all over - from Sevilla, Spain and Seattle, Washington to St. Louis, Missouri - USA.

I am a girl who loves God & loves people. I love to laugh, I love coffee, writing music, my family and my dog, Ranger, whom I spoil way too much.

My husband & I have been married for 22 years & we have two boys who are 16 years & 20 years old.

From living in a barn to living in Spain and hiking with wild apes on The Rock of Gibralter....to being hospitalized for a month due to Major Depression and Anxiety...to becoming a Mental Health Counselor & Cognitive Behavioral Therapist Instructor...

My story is about overcoming life obstacles...from Major Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD and everyday stressors through sharing spiritual truths found in God's Word, professional mental health strategies & tips, relatable stories, humor and music that I have written.

Each venue is different. I find that each special event is also unique on what they can offer and provide as to help create the best possible setting for their event. I am very flexible and work with each event coordinator on an individual basis.

I do travel with my own stage piano if a piano is not available, for events that request my music.
